Eco Committee
We have an Eco Committe in Lamington Primary School. Here is a picture of our committee members. We also now have a parent member - Ms Debby Lapworth. Welcome Debby!
Competition Time!
We currently have 2 competitions running in the school, P4-7 have a quiz and P1-3 have a colouring sheet. The closing date for entries is Friday 13th March and both competitions are available from the Eco Committee.

Lamington Primary Eco Code
- Don't have a fight, switch off the light
- It should be a rule to use less fuel
- Don't be mean, keep the world clean
- Don't be a fool, recycling is cool
- Turn off the tap to get a clap
- Be kind to the bin or he'll throw you in
The eco committee attended a parent council meeting to give a presentation on the work of the committee. It was very interesting and informative.
The whole school have been learning about Fairtrade and its effect on many countries in Africa. Lots of us have Fairtrade snacks!
These are some of the vegetables we picked from the garden in August and September.
